CTC Internimex JSC - Return and Exchange Policy

At CTC Internimex JSC, we strive for your complete satisfaction. Please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges:

Warehouse Exchange: Should you wish to exchange your goods for a different type while the shipment is still at our warehouse, simply confirm your request via email. We will facilitate the exchange upon email confirmation.

Exchange Before Vessel Loading (at Departure Port): If you request an exchange after the goods have arrived at the departure port but before they are loaded onto the vessel, CTC will cover the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse. However, any fees incurred by the shipping line due to the booking already being made will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns After Arrival at Destination Port: For returns requested after the goods have arrived at the destination port, all transportation and handling costs incurred will be borne by the customer. Upon receipt of the returned goods in Vietnam, we will process a refund for the original purchase price.
