1. Selecting premium ginger from trusted growing regions

Ginger is sourced from major regions such as Binh Phuoc, Dak Lak, Gia Lai, and Quang Ngai. Only mature, aromatic, fiber-rich, pest-free ginger is selected. High-quality raw materials account for 70% of the final product’s quality.

2. Washing & peeling to remove all impurities

The ginger is washed in a high-pressure cleaning system, then peeled or scrubbed depending on each export market’s requirements. This step ensures clean, bright slices with minimized microbial contamination.

3. Slicing to the standard 1.5–3mm thickness

Industrial slicers create uniform slices, preventing burnt edges or moisture retention during drying. Correct sizing ensures even dryness, crisp texture, and high consistency.

4. Drying with optimized technology

  • Hot-air drying: 55–65°C for 10–18 hours, suitable for large-volume export.
  • Freeze drying: Preserves natural yellow color and strong aroma; preferred by high-end markets such as Japan and the EU.

Final product requirements: moisture ≤ 12%, bright color, evenly dried slices, no mold.

5. Sterilization & export-grade packaging

The dried ginger is sterilized using steam, ozone, or irradiation. It is then vacuum-packed in PE/kraft moisture-proof packaging with full traceability information.

6. Quality inspection before shipment

Every batch is tested for moisture, microbiology, gingerol content, impurities, and heavy metals under HACCP and ISO standards to ensure full compliance with international export requirements.
