Desiccated Coconut is made from fresh mature coconut meat that is grated, partially defatted, and carefully dried using modern technology, creating a product that is pure white, rich, and naturally aromatic.
It is one of the key raw materials used in the production of confectionery, ice cream, coconut milk, cereals, and other high-nutrition foods.

1. Standard Production Process

The entire process is strictly controlled from raw material selection to final packaging:

• Selection of high-quality coconuts from the main growing regions of Ben Tre and Binh Dinh, Vietnam.
• Peeling, washing, and shredding under hygienic conditions.
• Hot air drying at 85–90°C to achieve moisture ≤ 3%.
• Vacuum packing and cool storage to maintain freshness for 12–18 months.

Our production meets HACCP, ISO 22000, Halal, and Kosher certifications, ensuring compliance with international standards required by markets such as the EU, Japan, Korea, and the Middle East.

2. Product Grades

• Fine Grade: white, smooth texture – ideal for cakes, ice cream, and chocolate fillings.
